Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of 6-8 Strategic Account Executives focused on revenue growth and cross-selling Twilio products to existing named accounts in Healthcare
- Support team in building and progressing pipeline; work across functions to execute complex deals and lead strategic prospect/customer meetings
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, provide tactical/strategic deal guidance, motivation, and career development
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable weekly forecast information to upper management
- Share best practices and knowledge with the extended team
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical solutions selling experience, including 4+ years managing a team of account managers or strategic account executives in the Enterprise segment
- Experience building high-performing sales teams, managing forecasting, and supporting fiscal planning/revenue tracking
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong consultative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams
- Data-driven methodology and quantitative analytical skills, including pipeline management and forecasting
- Excellent time management/prioritization and verbal/written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
