## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers (starting with two direct reports), fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Serve as both a hands-on designer and team leader, contributing directly to design work while setting vision and direction.
- Own the end-to-end design process for patient booking flows, patient portal, provider software, and internal operations tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams to deliver intuitive, effective, and delightful user experiences.
- Balance user needs with business goals, effectively prioritizing work to maximize impact.
- Craft and communicate a bold vision for how technology can transform mental healthcare.
- Establish and maintain design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
- Leverage data, user research, and market insights to inform design decisions.
- Champion the voice of patients and providers throughout the product development lifecycle.

## Requirements
- **9+ years** of professional product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing consumer product design work.
- **3+ years** of people management experience, leading and developing design teams.
- Proficiency in **Figma**, including prototyping, advanced workflows, AI and design system management.
- Demonstrated ability to balance user experience, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across disciplines.
- Interest in and excitement for using **AI** to improve and accelerate the product design and development process.
- Visionary thinking with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare.

## Preferred
- Experience designing for healthcare.
- Experience doing and/or managing product research.
