## Job Description
## What You'll Do
- **Channel Performance:** Own revenue and activation targets for primary channel partners, ensuring prioritization of OpenLoop solutions.
- **Practice Success:** Ensure successful activation across partner practices and build framework to identify and scale high-potential providers.
- **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, and mentor Channel Partnerships & Activations team, responsible for performance and alignment with sales goals.
- **Operational Infrastructure:** Build playbooks, deal registration systems, and reporting dashboards to scale channel to high-growth revenue stream.
- Other duties as assigned.

## Preferred Experience
- Signed partnerships into active revenue-generating status by designing high-touch onboarding and implementation journeys.
- Built clinical talk-tracks, training modules, and sales assets to enable channel partners.
- Designed and implemented workflows integrating into partner tech stacks.
- Cross-functional alignment ensuring "voice of the partner" in product roadmap and collateral.

## Who You Are
- 8–12+ years experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, or Partner Activation within B2B Healthcare.
- Deep professional network and fluency in dental industry.
- Proven experience managing direct reports and scaling field/activation team.
- Ability to navigate DME referrals and medical device implementation.
