## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead Sales Managers, Acquisition Client Partners, Same Store Growth Client Partners, Client Account Executives, and Client Account Managers.
- Build and expand the organization profitably.
- Drive teams to exceed revenue targets.
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with key clients and agency partners.
- Advise sales and product management on market opportunities, sales positioning, resources, and strategic planning.
- Partner with Marketing on product launches, communications, and advertiser acquisition.
- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance on financial and operating targets.
- Represent Reddit at industry events and conferences.

## Requirements
- **10+ years** of leadership experience in media sales.
- **2+ years** leading teams of managers.
- Experience building and leading sales teams at dynamic companies, connecting work to business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep knowledge of B2B segments (Tech, SaaS, Financial Services, Startups).
- Ability to forecast needs, unblock barriers, and influence at all levels.
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
