## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to increase business and financial impact of the sales team.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and execute programs aligned with company vision.
- Scale sales operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure team success.
- Hire, train, and develop top enterprise Account Executives (AEs) while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management for accurate performance tracking.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive expansion.

## Requirements
- 4+ years managing and leading sales teams, ideally in B2B or SaaS with track record of exceeding targets.
- Trained in MEDDPICC sales methodology or similar value selling framework.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in territory planning and developing sales playbooks.
- Expertise in sales enablement tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
