## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the customer program end-to-end: from contract signature through expansion. Accountable for outcomes with clear milestones and cadence.
- Partner with account team to scope engagements for excellence, bridging sales and execution.
- Direct the delivery pod (Forward Deployed Engineers and Integration & Architecture teams) for customer engagements, allocating capacity and keeping programs on track.
- Earn trust from C-suite to data scientists, closing the gap between strategic intent and day-to-day delivery.
- Lead solutioning conversations connecting Domino's AI capabilities to customer outcomes.
- Drive adoption through rollout, enablement, and change management.
- Turn customer engagements into growth by uncovering new use cases, qualifying expansion opportunities, and routing to internal teams.
- Convert field intelligence into product feedback, escalations, and commercial signals.

## Requirements
- 4–8 years in an enterprise customer-facing discipline: implementations, consulting, technical program management, or product.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, turning unstructured executive conversations into executable plans.
- Knowledge of how enterprise data science teams build, scale, and govern models.
- Real delivery ownership across full cycles with execution rhythm and accountability.
- Experience leading a team: direct reports, cross-functional pod, or mix of engineers and specialists.
- Technically fluent across software architecture, predictive modeling, and agentic systems; able to get hands-on and learn new domains fast.
- Solutions-oriented, escalating with recommendations and leveraging AI.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Background in life sciences, financial services, or a regulated industry where reproducibility, auditability, and compliance are non-negotiable.
