## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and cloud-based systems.
- Administer Windows and macOS fleets, including endpoint strategy, lifecycle management, MDM, automated provisioning, zero-touch deployment, patch management, security baselines, and application distribution.
- Lead enterprise technology deployments, internal tool ecosystem architecture, and comprehensive systems security audits.
- Manage cross-functional technical projects and user identity and access throughout onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
- Maintain macOS and Windows infrastructure and mobile device management systems.
- Track, resolve, document, and perform root-cause analysis for incidents using a ticketing system.
- Participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.
- Create internal documentation, system configurations, and self-help guides.
- Ensure vendors adhere to HIPAA guidelines and industry best practices.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in systems support, technical operations, or a related technology role.
- Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, SaaS administration, identity management, cloud productivity, and collaboration tools.
- Experience administering enterprise Windows fleet-management tools, including configuration, policy enforcement, deployment, and security baseline maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues, including VPN, DNS, and Wi-Fi.
- Strong communication, documentation, organizational, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Okta, Kandji, Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience in a HIPAA-regulated or SOC 2-compliant environment.
- Basic scripting or automation experience with n8n, Zapier, or Python.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $61,200–$72,000 USD.
