## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and scale Display and CTV campaigns hands-on
- Own tracking end-to-end: implement and QA conversion events, configure CAPI and server-side integrations, troubleshoot attribution or data discrepancies
- Optimize performance in real time using MMP data
- Design structured A/B tests, iterate relentlessly, scale what works and kill what doesn’t
- Improve signal quality: enhance event coverage, clean up tracking, ensure platforms receive high-quality conversion data
- Manage conversion optimization across platforms: bidding strategies, attribution models, optimization windows, and learning phases
- Use campaign structure, creative testing velocity, event prioritization, and signal quality as levers to unlock scale

## Requirements
- Live inside Display and CTV ad platforms; comfortable hands-on-keyboard launching campaigns, reviewing MMP data, and optimizing in real time
- Execution-focused: build, launch, and scale campaigns yourself, move quickly, iterate constantly, let performance data guide decisions
- Technical ownership of tracking and integrations
- Obsession with signal density and data quality
- Deep understanding of conversion optimization across platforms
- Experimentation mindset with ability to design tests that produce real signal
- Think like a growth engineer

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in sports, prediction markets, or high-growth consumer apps
- Familiarity with live sports seasonality and event-driven campaigns
