## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, upsell, and optimize data-driven advertising campaigns with internal teams.
- Build and maintain strategic advertiser partnerships aligned with stakeholder goals across the funnel.
- Implement first-party data and launch campaigns accurately with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize media campaigns and audience targeting daily using relevant technologies and platforms.
- Deliver weekly campaign performance reports and insights.
- Advise clients on Pinterest advertising products, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement strategies.
- Provide client service through communication, issue resolution, and seamless execution.
- Simplify processes, pitch strategic solutions, and continuously improve campaigns.

## Requirements
- Experience managing and growing client accounts through data-driven strategies.
- Strong knowledge of advertising best practices and technical media measurement.
- Ability to identify client needs, communicate persuasive recommendations, and overcome objections.
- Experience building and executing full-funnel sales strategies that drive adoption and conversions.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, tasks, and timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Curiosity and willingness to use AI tools for campaign setup, optimization, reporting, client communications, research, and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

## Compensation
- Base salary range: **$108,192–$189,336 USD**.
- Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
