## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Serve as the deployment lead for a portfolio of large defense and space companies, owning post-sale relationships including onboarding/training, enterprise adoption, expansion, and renewals.
- Coordinate complex product onboarding for defense-tech startups to Fortune 500 companies to maximize Usul’s value.
- Lead commercial upsell/cross-sell expansions within accounts.
- Own customer health using metrics to increase retention, reduce churn, and close renewals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence product roadmap.

## Requirements
- 1-3 years of consulting/strategy experience with big, old industries (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred).
- Crazy high agency and ability to context switch extremely fast.
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times per month for client engagements.
- Entrepreneurial experience and mindset.
- High EQ.
- In office forward - 5 days per week in San Francisco.
