## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementations including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, and go-live.
- Manage multiple workstreams with strong project management skills.
- Work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Engage customer-facing with stakeholder management and communication.

## Requirements
- 4–7 years in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation (e.g., Big 4 or implementation firms).
- Background in SaaS, high-growth technology companies, or implementation/consulting environments strongly preferred.
- Hands-on ERP experience (**NetSuite**, **SAP**, **Workday**), including requirements, configuration, data migration, and go-live.
- Strong understanding of core accounting workflows (close, reconciliations, **ASC 606**) and system translation.
- Systems-minded, detail-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
