## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own a core product surface or problem area end to end, from framing the problem through shipping high-craft work.
- Set direction and raise the quality bar beyond individual deliverables.
- Apply product thinking, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping through production fidelity.
- Partner closely with product management, engineering, research, and design systems.
- Use AI natively to explore, prototype, and ship, and help advance the design practice.
- Lead through influence and elevate the craft of other designers.

## Requirements
- Versatile product designer with a clear area of exceptional depth and a portfolio demonstrating both range and a spike.
- Staff-level scope, including setting direction and raising quality across more than individual work.
- AI integrated into the design process, with sufficient depth to move the practice forward.
- Low-ego, highly collaborative approach.
- Systems thinking and ability to design patterns that scale across surfaces and teams.
- Strong product judgment and empathy for creators and the creator economy is a plus.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary targeted at **$210,000–$250,000** for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Final offers vary based on location, experience, expertise, and role scope.
