## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and evolve services and tools supporting Provider Infrastructure and Roster Management scaling initiatives.
- Write clean, well-tested code across C#, React, and AWS-based services.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and operations to shape solutions from idea through launch.
- Contribute to migrations from legacy systems to modern, event-driven architectures.
- Use metrics, dashboards, and load tests to maintain service health and observability as usage grows.
- Share knowledge and feedback, mentor engineers, and improve technical decision-making.
- Use generative AI coding tools in day-to-day development where appropriate.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience, including significant backend or full-stack work on distributed systems.
- Experience shipping high-scale internal tools, data pipelines, or user-facing applications where correctness, resilience, and performance matter.
- Comfort working across the stack and learning unfamiliar systems.
- Experience in an agile, cross-functional environment with product, design, analytics, and operations partners.
- Track record of mentoring engineers and improving testing, observability, and deployment practices.
- Strong communication skills and empathy for internal users and external customers.
