## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own complex, ambiguous Banking initiatives end to end, from early exploration through shipped product.
- Drive zero-to-one product experiences that are strategically sharp and visually distinctive.
- Set and maintain the quality bar for Banking design through hands-on design work.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Research to translate complex financial and regulatory logic into clear experiences.
- Prototype early and often using AI and emerging tools.
- Shape long-term product vision and design strategy across Banking surfaces and influence the roadmap.
- Contribute to and extend product systems and patterns to strengthen cohesion across products.
- Elevate designers through critique, feedback, and modeling high craft.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and systems thinking.
- Track record of shipping zero-to-one products.
- Mastery of interaction, visual, and systems design.
- Experience in complex, high-stakes domains where clarity and trust are essential, such as fintech, banking, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
- Ability to operate autonomously through ambiguity and establish direction with cross-functional partners.
- Fluency with AI and prototyping tools, with a clear perspective on their impact on design practice.
- Strong influence and communication skills with cross-functional leadership.
- Hands-on design practice and a high standard of craft.
