## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and maintain brief shells on the Kyra platform with a high level of data accuracy, ensuring every campaign is set up correctly from the start.
- Keep campaign data clean, consistent, and up to date across our systems, catching and correcting discrepancies before they become problems.
- Work closely with the tech team, providing insights on workflow and UI/UX optimization to help improve the tools we use every day.
- Track campaign timelines and flag risks or slippage, supporting the wider PM team as deadlines shift.
- Handle general project admin and maintenance tasks that keep campaigns moving.

## Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or admin-focused role (agency or marketing experience a plus, but not required).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine care for data accuracy — you notice when something's off.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks consistently and reliably.
- Comfortable working in web-based platforms and tools; quick to learn new systems.
- A clear communicator who can share observations and suggestions with technical and non-technical teammates alike.
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to grow within a PM function.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Exposure to influencer marketing, social media, or creator campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, or similar project management software.
