## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Identify & Frame Value
- Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
- Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices to win new customers.
- Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.

### Realize Value
- Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.

### Scale Value
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal.
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a business transformation platform and drive adoption and expansion.
- Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and applications based on new use cases.

## Requirements
- Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
- Customer-facing experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, IT consulting, management consulting, business software, or SaaS; alternatively, experience in an enterprise center of excellence for data mining, analytics, or intelligence.
- Knowledge of business software and SaaS applications such as SAP.
- Experience implementing RPA or BI tools, or building dashboards, applications, and action flows.
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL and experience collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience identifying business process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users or process owners.
- Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
- Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders and management.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills with a confident executive presence.
- Understanding of the high-tech domain and strategic transformation initiatives, such as shared services or system transformation.
- Expertise in the high-tech industry and ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities.
- Degree in Technology and Management, Industrial or Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field.
