## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Execute customized sponsorships and high-impact campaigns from concept to completion as project manager.
- Pull campaign reports, translate raw data into key insights for stakeholders; leverage emerging AI tools for efficiency.
- Actively suggest improvements to advertising workflows and products.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic planners, account directors, third-party ad tech providers, and media buyers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams to maximize revenue and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Identify revenue opportunities, present to clients with the account team, and meet service-level objectives.
- Oversee launch and execution of display, video, and native advertising campaigns across multiple agency and client contacts.
- Adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

## Requirements
- Experience in a media agency or digital advertising role, or strong educational background in advertising for junior candidates.
- Passionate about culture, brands, and executing partnerships for endemic locker room brands and beyond.
- Tech-curious with baseline understanding of web debuggers, HTML/JavaScript pixels, and ad-serving technology.
- Solid grasp of online branded content solutions and media options.
- Eager to learn new technologies and help scale the business.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Expertise with Google Ad Manager platform.
- Experience with large deals involving national brands and agencies.
