## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Coach and develop a team of 4–6 Data Specialists through hands-on mentorship.
- Support hiring and onboarding of new Data Specialists.
- Prioritize work based on urgency, revenue, and customer-sentiment risk.
- Continuously evaluate, improve, and streamline internal processes for simplicity and efficiency.
- Track, monitor, and improve performance on key metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Implementation, Implementation Analysts, and Support teams to create a seamless customer journey.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve product functionality based on Implementation team feedback.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS experience in professional services, implementation, or customer success.
- 3+ years of professional experience leading a team.
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Strong project-management skills and product ownership.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to solve customer problems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems.
- Flexibility in scaling and changing organizations and responsibilities.

## Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role requiring work from the Bangalore office three days per week.
- Requires working the US shift (EST/CST/PST).
