> The Solutions Engineer will help enterprise customers architect and implement voice AI integrations, partnering with account executives and product teams. The role requires strong Python and software architecture skills, customer-facing technical experience, and excellent communication.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
- Work directly with technical contacts at customer and prospective customer organizations to provide tailored support and architect solutions.
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product’s value proposition.
- Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
- Build self-service tools and documentation that help customers implement solutions independently.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and scale common integration patterns or features, and collaborate with product teams to implement them.

## Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
- Enjoyment of direct customer engagement, solution iteration, and tailored technical support.
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Strong empathy for customers, sales teams, and product teams.
- Strong technical background in architecting integrations between products and existing customer solutions.
- Customer-facing experience, including through student clubs or side projects.
- Proficiency in Python, software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
