## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Recruit, retain, and develop top pre-sales talent across multiple countries.
- Partner with sales teams to support success in mid-to-large enterprise accounts.
- Work with Professional Services to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Marketing on seminars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
- Foster strong customer relationships that generate growth opportunities.
- Coach the team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.
- Define, improve, and execute enterprise-market sales initiatives.
- Develop pre-sales and sales practices and provide experienced leadership.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of pre-sales experience with strong commercial skills.
- 3+ years of management experience, ideally in pre-sales; distributed-team management experience preferred.
- Track record of overachievement.
- Strong time and resource-management skills and the ability to technically qualify opportunities.
- Ability to learn quickly and establish credibility.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

## Nice-to-haves
- Database industry background.
- Software development background.
- Experience across the LATAM market beyond Mexico.
