## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain models and frameworks connecting business drivers to staffing and resourcing decisions.
- Translate complex and ambiguous data into actionable insights and leadership recommendations.
- Execute day-to-day planning, including dashboard maintenance, reporting, and business reviews.
- Use AI tools to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses.
- Identify and drive improvements to planning and operating processes.
- Respond quickly to ambiguous, time-sensitive requests using modern tools.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in planning, forecasting, capacity or resource management, consulting, investment banking, FP&A, or operations strategy.
- Hands-on SQL and Python skills.
- Fluency with AI tools for analysis and problem-solving.
- Strong business acumen, curiosity, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to turn data into business decisions and build context across systems and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with workforce management or resource planning.
- Advanced degree.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Expected base pay: **CAD $79,600–$99,500** in the Toronto area, excluding potential equity, bonus, and benefits.
