## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and testing
- Create mockups to articulate functionality and design
- Refine user personas and map journeys
- Champion best practices in user experience design

## Requirements
- College/University Degree in a related field (UX Design, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communications, etc), or equivalent experience
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, DoveTail, Adobe, Protopie, etc
- Expert level of professional UX design experience
- Strong eye for visual design
- Flawless attention to detail
- Experience procuring qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Expertise with established and emerging design practices
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Creative and analytical mindsets
- Experience in usability testing and analytics platforms

## Nice-to-Haves
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for discussing specs with engineers
- Passion for helping others and fostering relationships throughout the org
