## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end sales compensation administration, including monthly and quarterly incentive calculations, payout preparation, and true-up processing.
- Validate source data from CRM and finance systems, reconcile results, and flag discrepancies before payout runs.
- Assist with sales compensation tools, including data entry, testing, and issue escalation.
- Maintain documentation for compensation plans, calculation logic, and standard operating procedures.
- Support audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and plan adherence.
- Prepare attainment and earnings reports for Sales leadership and Finance partners.
- Assist with ad hoc compensation analysis, scenario modeling, and exception handling.
- Support bonus plan calculations, including validation and audit checks.
- Review compensation data quality, identifying and escalating inconsistencies or risks.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

## Requirements
- **Bachelor's degree required.**
- 2+ years of experience in finance, compensation, or a closely related analytical role.
- Working knowledge of sales compensation administration and incentive plan mechanics.
- Experience with sales compensation tools such as Performio, Everstage, Spiff, CaptivateIQ, or similar platforms.
- Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including work with large datasets and reconciliations.
- High attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented approach.
- Ability to work with moderate autonomy and seek guidance on new or complex assignments.
- Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to present findings to a team.
- Growth mindset, data-driven decision-making, ownership, urgency, and collaborative working style.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary varies by location and experience and includes equity, bonus eligibility, and health, vision, and dental benefits.
- Base salary ranges:
  - **$87,000–$105,000** for the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, Los Angeles/Orange County, and Seattle.
  - **$79,000–$96,000** for other California cities, Portland, other Washington cities, Denver, Austin, and Boston.
  - **$74,000–$90,000** for other cities and towns in approved states.
