## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own first-party data collection across the full stack, including JavaScript tags, Cloudflare Workers, and Java backend services.
- Expand edge-computing infrastructure for tag serving, A/B configuration, agentic systems, and data analysis.
- Build agentic AI workflows that identify, diagnose, and fix data-collection gaps.
- Improve event-ingestion services that receive, validate, and route events.
- Increase pipeline reliability and observability across collection and ingestion.
- Lead technical direction through proposals and design reviews.
- Mentor teammates on a small, autonomous team.

## Requirements
- **6+ years** of professional software engineering experience across multiple system layers.
- Backend experience with Java, Kotlin, or a similar typed language, including API design, data modeling, and testing.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience, including browser runtime behavior, asynchronous patterns, and production performance.
- Experience with edge computing or serverless runtimes, such as Cloudflare Workers, Lambda@Edge, or Fastly, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Experience leading projects from scoping through delivery.
- Strong debugging skills across service boundaries and a focus on clear system observability.
- Active production use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Willingness to work across unfamiliar areas of the technology stack.
