## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own video production end-to-end across brand campaigns, ads, product releases, company announcements, event films, and organic social video.
- Develop concepts and treatments, direct shoots, and deliver brand films and campaign creative.
- Produce paid video ads, iterate on hooks and variants with growth teams, and evaluate creative performance.
- Set the quality bar for organic social video and create formats and templates for daily production.
- Build Eve’s in-office content studio, including the space, gear, workflows, and production processes.
- Personally write, direct, shoot, animate, edit, and finish video content.
- Create After Effects toolkits, templates, and a motion graphics system.
- Source and manage contractors, agencies, freelance crews, and external production partners.
- Build and lead an in-house video team.
- Manage production budgets for equipment, contractors, and productions.
- Partner with sales, demand generation, product marketing, events, and recruiting.
- Track watch time, completion, and creative performance metrics.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in video production and creative work, including ownership of video for a recognized brand.
- Portfolio demonstrating brand films, advertisements, motion graphics, and successful short-form video.
- Full-stack video production skills, including writing, directing, shooting, animation, and editing.
- Advanced motion graphics and animation skills, including After Effects.
- Demonstrated expertise with AI video tools and workflows.
- Camera, lighting, sound, and on-set production skills.
- Experience directing executives, talent, and real people on camera.
- Strong editing, story structure, pacing, sound design, and color skills.
- Experience building a studio, equipment package, or production pipeline from scratch.
- Experience managing contractors, agencies, and freelance production crews.
- Ability to produce varied formats, including long-form brand films, vertical video, and product animations.
- Strong creative taste and storytelling judgment.
- Ability to build a function from zero and lead a growing team.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience building an in-house studio or video team at a startup.
- Documentary production experience.
- Marketing experience targeting attorneys, professional-services buyers, or other highly specialized audiences.
- Color grading and sound design skills sufficient to finish work independently.
- Experience developing AI-assisted video production workflows.
- Experience working at a hypergrowth company.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $221,000–$285,000 USD.
