## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks while driving projects to on-time completion.
- Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite executives to operations staff, handling difficult conversations and managing expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitions.
- Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while protecting your implementation team from scope creep.
- Jump in to help with hands-on configuration and debugging when needed, keeping projects moving forward during resource constraints.
- Document solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiency.
- Escalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock critical issues.

## Requirements
- Background in software implementations or professional services.
- Technical aptitude, ability to understand platform capabilities and limitations.
- Familiarity with no-code platforms or integration projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Grace under pressure, you stay calm when clients are stressed and deadlines are tight.
- Exceptional organizational skills, you live by your task lists and calendars.
- Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Natural problem solver who finds creative solutions within constraints.
- Self-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech.
- Technical skills in a scripting language.
- Previous experience managing aggressive timelines with fixed deadlines.
