## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic People Partner to Figma’s CTO and Chief Design Officer, advising on leadership, organization, and team growth.
- Lead and develop a team of People Partners supporting Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Lead people programs including organizational design, resource management, performance management, and change management.
- Drive performance, calibration, talent reviews, and succession planning cycles.
- Partner with People functions and cross-functional stakeholders to execute the People strategy.
- Use data and insights to measure impact and advise leaders.
- Shape and scale the People Partner function, operating model, and development practices.

## Requirements
- Significant experience leading People Partner functions in high-growth environments.
- Experience managing a team and partnering directly with executive leaders.
- Experience supporting Product, Design, and/or Engineering organizations.
- Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to understand product and technical organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge and advise senior leaders and influence decisions.
- Grounded and resilient in fast-changing environments.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: **$235,000–$317,000 USD**.
