## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as AI engineering technical authority, setting standards for AI in code generation, review, testing, and task automation in a PCI-regulated environment.
- Architect and implement three projects:
  - Automated PR Review: risk-tiered AI pipeline with escalation for human review on payment/PCI code.
  - Android and API Test Automation: automated test harness for POS/KDS with virtual devices, AI failure analysis.
  - AI Agent Swarms: multi-agent pipeline from PRD to tested/reviewed PR for tier 1-3 work.
- Evangelize by shipping working systems with bi-weekly demos and metrics.
- Define and report metrics: developer hours recovered, cycle time, quality, cost per deployment.

## Requirements
- 5+ years building developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering systems.
- 2+ years with LLMs/AI agents in production (code gen/review/automation).
- Designed AI-assisted code gen/review for 50+ engineers/30+ repos.
- Built multi-agent workflows (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.).
- Daily hands-on with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
- Domain expertise in at least two: fintech/payments/PCI, Android testing (Espresso, UI Automator), multi-agent architecture.

## Tech Environment
- Languages: **Kotlin** (Android), **Go**, **TypeScript**, **Python**
- Mobile: Android-native POS applications
