## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Review suspicious activity flagged by fraud systems and take swift mitigating and preventative action to protect genuine users, secure growth, and minimize revenue leakage.
- Utilize, test, and adopt emerging AI technologies and automated tooling to enhance fraud detection and operational productivity.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams and external vendors on tooling and system changes to identify evolving fraud and abuse trends.
- Conduct trend analysis and investigations, presenting data-informed findings and retrospectives to recommend performance guardrails.
- Handle daily fraud and misuse escalations with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to translate operational insights into risk mitigation frameworks.
- Support Revenue Protection leadership with internal policies, process automation, evidence handling, and operational playbooks.

## Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in a fraud analyst or revenue protection role, preferably in e-commerce, merchant fraud, or creator and marketplace platforms.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques, dispute and chargeback management, financial crime risks, and emerging industry trends.
- Experience with machine-learning and rule-based fraud prevention tooling, such as Ravelin, Sift, Signifyd, or Accertify.
- Strong data analysis skills using SQL; Google BigQuery knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with dashboard visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Creative problem-solving skills, comfort working independently and with ambiguity, and the ability to translate technical risks into practical applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders, operations, and global partners.

## Work Arrangement

- Based in London, United Kingdom, with some in-person meetings and flexibility to work from home.

## Employment Details

- 12-month fixed-term cover.
