## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Annual Compliance Administration
- Prepare compliance testing packages and employer contribution calculations for 401(k) clients.
- Reconcile plan activity and prepare Form 5500s for large and conversion clients.
- Assist 401(k) plan auditors by providing requested plan information and data samples.

### Daily Administration
- Support advanced compliance processes, including plan amendments, terminations, conversions, and deconversions.
- Analyze operational errors and calculate missed deferral opportunities, lost earnings, and other corrective actions.
- Draft 401(k) plan documents for conversion plans and configure them in the proprietary recordkeeping system.

### General Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client Experience teams to provide a unified client experience.
- Follow current procedures and controls and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Investigate operational challenges and collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams on solutions.

## Requirements
- Some experience in the 401(k) retirement industry.
- Interest in pursuing QKA and other ASPPA certifications.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Familiarity with FTWilliam or similar compliance testing software.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
