## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the voice agent category narrative and define what a production-grade voice agent platform is.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategy across developer adoption, pipeline influence, and account expansion.
- Lead product launches for Voice Agent releases, including conversational capabilities, latency and quality improvements, BYO model support, deployment, and compliance options.
- Own positioning across DIY frameworks, managed platforms, and enterprise suites; create battlecards, objection-handling guides, and build-versus-buy narratives.
- Enable Sales with collateral, customer stories, benchmarks, and total-cost-of-ownership narratives.
- Collaborate with Product on market and competitive intelligence.
- Drive developer-facing content and awareness with Developer Relations, including tutorials, documentation messaging, reference architectures, use-case content, and SEO.
- Build AI-assisted product marketing workflows for research, competitive synthesis, and content production.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 2 years working on infrastructure, API, or developer-facing products.
- Strong messaging and positioning skills.
- High standards for copy, layout, creative, and brand quality.
- Working knowledge of the AI landscape, frontier models, major LLM providers, and the broader ecosystem.
- Technical depth sufficient to engage with engineering and product teams, read API documentation, and translate product details into market-facing narratives.
- Fluency in both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Demonstrated AI fluency, including concrete examples of AI-assisted workflows with measured outcomes.

## Nice to Have
- Experience in voice AI and familiarity with how STT, TTS, and LLMs combine in production voice-agent stacks.
- Familiarity with DIY frameworks, managed platforms, and other approaches to building voice agents.
- Hands-on experience with AI-native tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cowork.
- Experience with technical proof points, model benchmarks, or evaluation frameworks.
- Comfort operating in an emerging category without an established playbook.
