## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations for a team of 8–10 Researchers, Associates, and Senior Associates.
- Provide guidance on case handling, workflow interpretation, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Own workload distribution, identify bottlenecks, and reallocate tasks to meet operational goals.
- Manage complex workstreams with minimal supervision.
- Conduct case reviews and audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and policies.
- Address escalations and maintain quality standards.
- Coach team members and support onboarding, training, and continuous skill development.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in India and the United States to align priorities and manage expectations.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Provide clarity in ambiguous situations and escalate complex challenges appropriately.
- Partner with AI and Product teams to pilot and implement automation initiatives that improve efficiency and data quality.
- Encourage adoption of AI-driven tools and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and scale operations.

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution with a strong academic record.
- 5+ years of experience in data operations, business operations, analytics, or research.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead managing operations or customer service teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, and Confluence.
- Ability to handle large datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and focus.
- Strong interpersonal and team skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and workflows.

## Nice to Have

- Background in US healthcare or healthcare technology.
- Experience working across global or cross-time-zone teams, particularly India and the United States.
- Experience contributing to or piloting AI or automation initiatives.
- Experience building AI agents for workflow automation, data processing, or process optimization.
