## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles, from pipeline generation and screening through offer extension.
- Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
- Provide sourcing support to recruiters on the team for priority roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, provide pipeline updates, and guide interview and offer processes.
- Manage an independent recruiting desk and prioritize workload to meet hiring targets.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience and accurate ATS documentation and data hygiene.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a record of filling high-volume roles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Ashby.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to advise and build trust with cross-functional leaders.

## Compensation
- Expected base salary: $100,000-$110,000.
