## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth, timely implementations.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans and resolve customer problems.
- Analyze client accounting and finance workflows and translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption.
- Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination.
- Track milestones, drive follow-through, and align internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and help keep customer launches on track.
- Build trusted customer relationships through responsive, thoughtful, solutions-oriented support.
- Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates.

## Requirements
- Meaningful experience in accounting, audit, advisory, finance transformation, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong accounting foundation, including financial close, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and core finance workflows.
- Familiarity with IFRS and/or UK GAAP.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Systems-minded, highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn implementation work.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
