## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own feature delivery: Lead development of new features from ideation to release, ensuring business requirements are met.
- Hands-on innovation: Contribute to architecture and development of high-complexity features and challenging problems.
- Champion best practices: Establish and promote engineering best practices for quality, performance, and scalability.
- Explore new technologies: Integrate cutting-edge technology to improve platform functionality.
- Mentor & lead: Mentor peers, accelerate product roadmap, foster collaborative learning.
- Customer-centric mindset: Deliver exceptional user experience by understanding customer needs.

## Requirements
- 7+ years experience delivering highly scalable, distributed software products with SaaS architectures and multi-tenancy.
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture and RESTful services.
- Strong skills in: **TypeScript** or **Python**, **React**, **HTML**, **CSS**, **Node.js**, **Docker**.
- Preferably: **UV**, **Vite**, **Redis Cache**, **Postgres**, **Express**, **Inversify**, **Agno**.
- Experience developing real-time data or event systems.
- Experience designing relational schemas on **PostgreSQL**, **MySQL**.
- Experience with cloud providers like **Azure**, **AWS**, **Google Cloud**.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in team.
- Willingness to lead and mentor engineers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in fast-moving startup, flexible and adaptable.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science or related, or equivalent.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with AI-powered feature development and cross-service integration.
- AI/LLM integration, Microsoft Office Add-in development, clinical trials/regulated healthcare domain.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $157,000 - $185,000 (depends on location, skills, experience).
- Equity (higher-than-average for company size).
