## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Deliver measurable impact for Healthcare & Life Sciences customers and at the business-unit or regional level within Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Independently scope and own multi-quarter, highly complex initiatives in high-stakes environments.
- Drive regional excellence and contribute to team booking targets and consumption goals.
- Navigate complex regional, regulatory, and market-specific challenges across multiple countries.
- Coach and support junior Engagement Managers and advise peers on complex projects.
- Shape account strategy around client goals and lead sales of complex Professional Services & Training offerings.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple engagements.
- Participate in hiring to attract top-tier talent.
- Travel approximately 25–50% as required.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
- Expert-level understanding of Professional Services & Training offerings and the ability to customize solutions for complex environments.
- Strong thought leadership and increasing recognition as an external industry expert.
- Expertise in Databricks architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning.

## Compensation
- Base salary or on-target earnings ranges by zone: **$143,000–$196,700**, **$152,000–$209,000**, **$161,000–$221,300**, and **$178,800–$245,850 USD**.
- Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
