## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the full technical and operational setup for international hires, including employment agreements, statutory policy alignment, local enrollments, and local benefit enrollments to ensure Day 1 compliance.
- Identify customer needs during implementation and recommend supplemental services such as IT provisioning, background checks, and supplemental benefits.
- Lead initiatives to improve the customer and employee onboarding journey and drive operational efficiency.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and Product to resolve gaps and deliver a cohesive experience.
- Drive process innovation and automation by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows.
- Act as a global EOR expert, guiding administrators through country-specific requirements and supporting expansion into new markets.
- Manage timelines and SLAs, resolve roadblocks, and support customer and employee satisfaction.
- Lead and participate in strategic cross-functional projects.
- Advocate for customers and employees, using product knowledge and resourcefulness to influence the product roadmap.
- Contribute to operational playbooks and best practices for onboarding in new countries.

## Qualifications
- Minimum **5+ years** of experience in onboarding or implementation.
- At least **1–2 years** of experience in the EOR industry or international hiring is a plus.
- Technically proficient problem-solver with a focus on improving product functionality and resolving complex issues.
- Strong consultative communication skills and the ability to provide clear, actionable customer guidance.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team leader committed to mentoring peers and fostering a supportive internal culture.
- Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives to completion.
- Multilingual fluency is a plus.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base wage range: **732,000 MXN–887,000 MXN per year**.
- Equivalent monthly range: **61,000–73,917 MXN per month**.
- Compensation depends on factors including skills, relevant experience, and work location.
