## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive demonstrations of the Glean platform to prospective customers.
- Explain Glean’s architecture and how it fits within customer environments.
- Scope and execute sponsored pilots and Proof of Value exercises, validating technical requirements and business objectives.
- Educate and train customers and partners on the product.
- Present at company-sponsored industry events.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to investigate issues, submit feature requests, and understand the product roadmap.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of enterprise software presales experience.
- Experience with value-based discovery frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to customers, prospects, and partners.
- Comfort presenting virtually and in person.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure.
- Familiarity with identity services, single sign-on providers, and protocols including Azure/Entra ID, Okta, SAML, SCIM, and OIDC.
- Familiarity with APIs, API endpoints, and API troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with security concepts and tools including firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS, DLP, WAFs, and proxies.
