## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the BDR onboarding curriculum from day one through the first meeting booked.
- Enable AI-native prospecting workflows using plugins, account research skills, and agentic tooling.
- Develop and maintain pipeline-generation playbooks across segments, personas, and sales motions.
- Deliver ongoing training in cold calling, written outreach, objection handling, discovery, and qualification.
- Certify BDRs on products, qualification criteria, and messaging.
- Partner with BDR leadership to identify skill gaps and build focused interventions.
- Build coaching and call-review infrastructure for frequent, specific feedback.
- Measure enablement impact on ramp time, activity quality, meeting conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Create a BDR-to-next-role development path with sales leadership.

## Requirements
- Experience in sales enablement, including experience as a high-performing BDR or BDR manager.
- Proven success in the role being enabled, with a passion for mentorship and early-career development.
- Hands-on experience with prospecting tools and building workflows.
- Ability to teach and model sales fundamentals on live calls.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and build programs from 0 to 1.
- Technical curiosity about AI and credibility discussing products with technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

## Nice-to-haves
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, including experience as a high-performing BDR or BDR manager.
- Experience with Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and other Claude surfaces.
- Experience collaborating across global and cross-functional teams.
- Experience building onboarding programs and discovery frameworks from 0 to 1.
- Experience designing or operating a BDR-to-AE promotion path.
- Experience building prospecting automations, agents, or internal tooling.
- Experience enabling BDRs across multiple segments or regions.
- Track record connecting BDR enablement to measurable pipeline outcomes.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual OTE compensation: **$190,000–$190,000 USD**.
- Hybrid policy requiring staff to work from an office at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more office time.
