## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Evolve and maintain our visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and impact across all platforms
- Create engaging visuals for our website, marketing campaigns (social media, email, digital ads), presentations, reports, and other digital assets (including iconography, illustrations, infographics, and interactive elements)
- Design impactful visuals for physical spaces, including trade show booths, signage, marketing collateral (brochures, flyers), and potentially office environments
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visual solutions
- Solicit and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine designs and ensure alignment with objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our visual communication remains fresh and effective
- Maintain an organized library of visual assets for easy access and consistent usage

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience as a Production Designer or Brand Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print design projects, demonstrating excellent visual design principles (typography, color theory, layout, imagery)
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma/Sketch)
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms, with an understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience designing for physical spaces and producing print-ready files
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

## Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- A passion for technology and an interest in the autonomous vehicle, robotics, or related industries
