## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work with customers to transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multidimensional models.
- Understand business requirements and document them.
- Design and build corresponding Pigment applications.
- Train and co-build with customers so they become self-sufficient in the solution.
- Participate in or lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment.
- Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
- Serve as the link between customer stakeholders and the product team.
- Lead cross-functional projects to develop and improve methodologies and processes.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), with both functional and technical exposure.
- Deep understanding of Finance, including planning, forecasting, close, and consolidation.
- Knowledge of Sales Performance Management, including quota, territory, and incentive management.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, including demand, supply, and inventory.
- Hands-on experience selling EPM services or implementing EPM solutions.
- Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud, Anaplan, SAP BPC, Workday Adaptive, Board, or OneStream.
- Ability to scope and structure services engagements, draft statements of work, and minimize client and partner risk.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build executive-level trust.
- Ability to learn new domains and work across diverse customer use cases and businesses.
- Strong relationship-building skills, empathy, and dedication.
- Strategic thinking and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Previous experience at a software vendor, SaaS provider, or consulting/SI pre-sales organization.
- Track record of collaborating with license sales teams and partners to drive joint outcomes.
- Knowledge of best-practice frameworks for large-scale enterprise software implementations.
- Fluent English; French or additional European languages are advantageous.
