## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters, hiring teams, and recruiting leadership to execute hiring plans for job requisitions.
- Maintain accurate hiring-process information in the applicant tracking system and GitLab repositories.
- Schedule candidates and coordinate interviews across high-volume hiring processes.
- Provide timely, thoughtful communication throughout each stage of the hiring process.
- Monitor candidate pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and flag issues to the recruiting team.
- Create and stage employment contracts for candidates receiving offers.
- Partner with People Operations to ensure a seamless handoff for new hires.
- Represent GitLab’s values, culture, and all-remote approach in candidate interactions.

## Requirements
- Experience supporting end-to-end hiring processes with recruiters and hiring managers, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system to schedule, track, and advance candidates through interview stages.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders, including executives.
- Excellent organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across time zones and functions while maintaining confidentiality.
- Interest in talent acquisition and inclusive hiring practices.
- Comfort working in an asynchronous, remote environment with flexible hours across multiple time zones.
- Greenhouse experience is beneficial but not required.
