## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own Kalshi’s esports business end-to-end, including strategy, product, partnerships, marketing, and growth.
- Build a compelling portfolio of esports markets and shape a product experience for esports fans and traders.
- Identify the games, leagues, tournaments, moments, and narratives where Kalshi should participate.
- Establish and manage partnerships with leagues, teams, creators, platforms, and other esports ecosystem participants.
- Develop major launches and cultural moments around significant esports events.
- Build growth campaigns to acquire users and deepen engagement among existing traders.
- Collaborate with product, markets, design, legal, and marketing teams to execute new ideas quickly.
- Develop the long-term strategy for making Kalshi synonymous with esports prediction markets.

## Requirements
- Deep knowledge of esports, including games, teams, leagues, tournaments, creators, communities, and culture.
- Strong understanding of what esports fans care about and what content will resonate, spread, and gain traction.
- Experience identifying, structuring, and extracting value from partnerships.
- Track record of building or growing products, audiences, partnerships, or businesses in esports, gaming, sports, media, or a similar fast-moving industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, moving quickly, and building from the ground up.
