## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile products, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to define product requirements and deliver thoughtful solutions to user and business problems.
- Own design workstreams from concept through execution, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate research insights, product requirements, and data into clear design recommendations.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality across products.
- Present design concepts, rationale, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Participate in design critiques and reviews, providing and incorporating feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Advocate for users throughout the product development process and champion a user-centered approach to decision-making.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–4 years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, including user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and common research methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and rationale effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
