## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain score features of defense tooling products for robust and scalable defense-grade workloads.
- Collaborate with US-based product and engineering teams on shared roadmaps as the Korea-based extension of global product teams.
- Contribute to system-level design and architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Mentor and lead junior engineers.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD to maintain product-quality deliverables.
- Stay current with advances in AI/ML, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Meet with autonomy and defense customers and present technical solutions and project progress.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
- Track record of delivering software solutions within agile, high-frequency release cycles.
- Experience building simulation platforms, ML training infrastructure, or developer tooling, ideally for robotics, autonomy, or defense applications.
- Experience with reinforcement learning frameworks and/or simulation engines.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar programming languages.
- Experience working on complex, multidisciplinary projects in collaborative teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for daily collaboration with the USA team and documentation.
- Strong meeting and presentation skills, including communicating technical concepts to autonomy and defense customers.

## Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ATR, drone swarming, path planning, or aerospace control systems from a domain-user perspective.
- Experience in the aerial domain and unmanned autonomy stack development.
- Experience with closed-network or air-gapped deployment environments common in defense.
