## Job Description

## What You’ll Build
- Develop intuitive interfaces for case management, reporting, and analytics.
- Build document analysis and verification systems.
- Build agentic workflows that coordinate AI tools and data services to perform research, enrichment, and verification, while keeping humans in the loop for review.
- Create tools that help customers configure and customize their compliance workflows.

## What We’re Looking For

**Must-Haves:**
- 4+ years (Engineer) / 6+ years (Sr. Engineer) / 8+ years (Staff Engineer) of experience building production software.
- Strong full-stack capabilities, including **backend services**, **APIs**, **databases**, and (nice-to-have) **frontend development**.
- A track record of shipping customer-facing products where reliability is critical.
- An end-to-end ownership mindset, from requirements gathering through deployment and iteration.
- Clear communication skills—you can explain technical decisions to diverse audiences.
- Product thinking—you understand why you’re building something, not just how.

**Valued Experience:**
- Building workflow engines, orchestration systems, or process automation tools.
- Working in regulated industries where compliance, auditability, and data integrity are critical.
- Integrating **AI/LLM** capabilities into production applications.
- Creating configuration systems, admin tools, or workflow builders for non-technical users.
- Designing systems for **multi-tenancy**, versioning, or complex authorization models.
- A strong foundation in **data modeling** and **distributed systems**.

**Technical Skills:**
We work with a mix of **TypeScript**, **Python**, **Node.js**, **React**, **cloud infrastructure**, and **workflow orchestration frameworks**.
