## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Sales and Marketing Alignment
- Serve as the senior marketing partner to Federal, Strategic, Enterprise, and Commercial sales leadership.
- Translate business goals into integrated plans that drive net-new logos, cross-sell, upsell, and pipeline.
- Own the North America field marketing strategy and annual plan.
- Apply buyer-persona and buying-journey insights to campaigns and content.
- Partner with Corporate Communications and Product Marketing on regionally relevant messaging and content.
- Design and lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns, including events, launches, roadshows, webinars, and other initiatives.

### Global Events Strategy and Execution
- Build the global events strategy and maximize ROI on major corporate investments.
- Secure speaking opportunities and build lead-generation programs around major events.
- Develop differentiated pre-event and post-event engagement.
- Partner with Corporate Communications on distinctive event messaging and branding.
- Work with regional marketing leaders to deliver relevant, well-executed programs.
- Own ROI measurement, including cost per opportunity, pipeline sourced or influenced, and speed to pipeline.

### Budget and Executive Reporting
- Own and manage the North America field marketing budget end to end.
- Build and defend data-backed business cases to executive leadership.
- Track performance against budget, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Reallocate investment during the quarter based on performance.
- Present results in executive and quarterly business review settings.

### AI-Driven Efficiency
- Use AI for campaign brief generation, content localization, event personalization, and asset turnaround.
- Use account and intent signals from RSA’s demand-generation stack, such as 6sense or an equivalent platform, to prioritize targets.
- Promote AI-assisted dashboards and reporting to improve budget allocation, speed, and efficiency.

### Team Leadership and Regional Execution
- Manage, coach, and develop North America Field Marketing Managers.
- Work with the VP of Demand Generation on regional account-based marketing strategy.
- Ensure disciplined lead and MQL management.
- Partner with the North America Channel Marketing Manager to keep field and channel programs complementary.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years leading marketing teams.
- Experience setting direction and developing managers, rather than operating solely as an individual contributor.
- Proven ability to build and defend marketing plans and budgets at the executive level, ideally in enterprise technology or cybersecurity.
- Track record partnering with complex, multi-segment sales organizations.
- Experience owning events strategy at scale while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Strong budget management and ROI discipline.
- Comfort presenting business cases to senior stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate execution and collaborating with a peer-owned demand-generation or MarTech AI stack.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and 6sense or equivalent tools.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for flagship events and sales engagements.

## Success Measures
- North America field marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue by ICP across Federal, Strategic, Enterprise, and Commercial segments.
- Event ROI, including cost per opportunity and pipeline generated per flagship event.
- Budget efficiency and return on North America field marketing spend.
- Speed and quality of KPI reporting to sales and executive leadership.
