## Job Description

## What you'll do

- Build the signal-to-pipeline engine: Design and ship automated workflows, integrations, and AI-powered systems for enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound activation.
- Own fit scoring end-to-end: Build and improve the pipeline that evaluates accounts and people against ICP, writing results to Salesforce (including signal design, batching, retry logic).
- Power smarter outbound: Build AI-powered prospecting and personalization systems to reduce manual research for SDRs.
- Build internal AI tooling: Ship agents for account research, call summarization, RFP responses, proposal generation, and Slack-accessible agents.
- Own demand-gen infrastructure for the website: Build and improve tools, tracking, and foundations for engagement, SEO/AEO/GEO.
- Manage GTM data and ad-targeting plumbing: Define and maintain audiences across advertising, email, and CRM with attribution and tracking.
- Create real-time GTM visibility: Stand up attribution and reporting for channel performance.
- Run experiments: Test GTM workflows, measure impact on pipeline and conversion, and scale winners.
- Level up citizen builders: Advise marketers, sellers, and CSMs on agents/automations and turn ideas into production solutions.
- Build sustainably: Ensure solutions include guardrails for cost, performance, and operational sustainability.

## What you'll bring

**Technical**
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows and agentic systems in production, including business logic, solution architecture.
- Practical engineering skills: scripting and data work (Python, SQL), API integration, webhooks, workflow/automation tooling.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent design for revenue workflows.
- Fluency integrating across GTM stack: CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, data enrichment, intent tooling (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Clay, Salesloft).

**Domain and mindset**
- Understanding of inbound/outbound sales development, SDR/AE workflows, and pipeline metrics.
- Fluency in campaign data, intent signals, and lead flow to pipeline outcomes.
- Experimental, data-driven mindset.
- Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical designs.

**Nice to have**
- Experience building agentic or LLM-powered workflows in B2B enterprise.
- Track record in revenue org with accountability to pipeline/conversion outcomes.
- Experience in GTM engineering, marketing/revenue operations, growth, or technical sales/marketing role. Portfolio of shipped systems preferred over years of experience.
