## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Discover user problems and needs through user interviews on construction sites, sales meetings, and customer-success feedback.
- Narrow solutions with product design and engineering teams.
- Write user stories and product requirements documents.
- Use AI prototyping to guide engineering in building and releasing customer-focused features.
- Communicate product value to sales, marketing, customer success, and customers.
- Own the product lifecycle from concept through post-launch.
- Execute rapid discovery, solution, delivery, and communication cycles.
- Build tools supporting scalable internal operations processes.
- Balance scrappy execution with resilience and scale.
- Use data to inform product decisions and make effective decisions amid ambiguity or limited data.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years building enterprise products.
- Track record of influencing others through clear verbal communication and driving predictable outcomes through detailed documentation or AI prototyping.
- Experience conducting user interviews and leading customer discovery.
- Experience building tools for scalable internal operations processes.
- Systems thinking across complex and ambiguous processes and data.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, bias for action, and end-to-end ownership.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in construction or adjacent industries such as logistics, manufacturing, medical/biotech, gaming, or IoT.
- Experience building products that interact with real or virtual worlds.
- Startup experience, particularly as a founder.
