## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize **Kubernetes** environments and workload deployments.
- Design, build, and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** supporting diverse technical workloads.
- Implement automated configuration strategies to standardize operational practices and improve delivery speed.
- Develop internal tools and automation for infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and management.
- Partner with Linux Systems Engineers and internal technical stakeholders to align delivery pipelines with operational goals.
- Maintain observability tooling, including monitoring and logging systems.
- Author technical documentation establishing scalable best practices.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a DevOps, infrastructure, or SRE role within a Linux-centric environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes management and deployment strategies.
- Experience building and scaling CI/CD pipelines, such as GitLab CI or similar tools.
- Proficiency with Linux system administration, shell scripting, and configuration-driven tooling.
- Familiarity with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience supporting quantitative research, trading platforms, or high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
